Duncan Bailey Properties was launched in the beginning of 2000 with a passion to provide a personal, honest, professional and efficient service to clients with specific real estate needs within Somerset West. As a member of the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) we are committed to the guidelines specified by the Board, i.e. to act solely in the interest of prospective home buyers and sellers. We are also members of the I.E.A.S.A ( Institute of Estate Agents).

Duncan has lived in Somerset West for over 40 years and is passionate and knowledgeable about the Helderberg and the property market. Being an entrepreneur all his working life, he started his career in the clothing industry, with his own clothing label for about 12 years, then began an IT company exploring internet shopping, and then started Duncan Bailey Properties 10 years ago which he has built into a successful and reputable real estate company. Duncan has a wonderful outgoing personality with a high degree of integrity and loyalty which clients are attracted to, ensuring a strong network of long-term relationships.

Having lived in Somerset West for almost 20 years, Marentia regards herself truly fortunate to be living with her husband and their three young daughters in such a fantastic part of the world! Originally from the Northern Cape, Stephanie moved to the beautiful Helderberg area 16 years ago. She started her career in the property market in Stellenbosch followed by a background of varied career interests, from managing a retail outlet, a fitness instructor to being an air hostess for an international airline, and studying part-time for a business degree. Stephanie returned to the property market by joining Duncan Bailey Properties in February 2011 to manage the rental portfolio, with her main focus to increase the rental properties and to build personal relationships with her clients, both owners and tenants, and assuring them of her best service at all times. Stephanie also has a keen interest in fitness and photography.
